Barb Leap skill not working

the Barbs Leap skill is not working its in the slot Number 1 i dont have any of my keys changed around and i have the use unstuck skill after 10 seconds on. but no matter what when hes stuck he wont cast leap and hes forced to port back to town and sometimes he gets stuck again and then he just exits game and restarts, i get to about 3-4 out of the 5 for the cache before he gets stuck like this. im using speed hack also. im just wanting to know if i need to put the LEAP skill anywhere else for it to work.

It should work for any one of the slots.
