because Act4 is more efficient,
Act4 is fastest and you can get all legendary (legs) drops there. So there is no user for other, more than it could be fun "whatching" another map for a change

We would need them for conquest, seasonal, and other achievements.

Thank you for the improvements. It is not as good as ACT 1 but is not as broken as it used to be.
