"Cannot connect to the license server" when trying to login - takeo - 05-24-2014 03:05 AM

Hello. I'm not a paid member yet but as I understand it, there's a 12 hour trial? I signed up, but when I tried to login I get the error "Cannot connect to the license server". This error message doesn't really inspire confidence that it will work if I go ahead and purchase an account without bothering to try it.

Any suggestions?

We haven't faced this problem before.

Can you try rebooting your computer and your router?

Same thing happened after rebooting. Is there a port I need to make sure is not blocked by my router or firewall?

There is no port that you need to whitelist.
You can try disabling your firewall for a while and see if it works.
