The problem is with the Archon skills. Blizzard enforced a server restriction on speedhack that made speedhack with Archon skills laggy.
If you used other skills, you don't have this problem. You can check "Auto change skills" in Settings->General and uncheck "Use Archon skills" in Settings->Combat->Wizard. The bot will then change the skills of the wizard to the build described below, which should solve the problem:

so what now? wizard can't use the speedhack more?
Monk now is work with speed hack? or the same, have problem?
it makes sense to create a Monk for speedhack or hack work for monnk the same like for wizard now?

It'll be much better, much less lagged. We tested many wizards (using this build) and monks on our side and they all works well and not lagged most of the time.
