please dont say the one included with the bot farms these as it doesnt it just farms keys

This bot is good but the support is so bad IMO

The crimsons and aughilds mats both drop in the sewers of caldeum A2 adventure mode map (A2 Adventure mode, Sewers of Caldeum.xml). Ashearas mat also drops in that little section. This is a great way to get those mats so check it out.
The borns key drops in the cemetery of the forsaken in A1 so that would be a quick map. I seem to have a lot of those just from running A1 5 bounty but don't know of a map that just does the little cemetery and then leaves. Any of the defiled crypts can drop that mat, but just hitting the cemetery until lucious spawns there is probably the fastest way to get it.
