Are you using the latest version 0.9.213? We just issued a fix to this problem

which level did your character moves to?

The character has a 340 level.

I see. Let me double check with the team and get back to you.

Above error appears only after passing the form to the next level.
The program can then turn off and the number is cleared.

If you do not deactivate the program after a few minutes the result will change to positive but will show incorrect information.
