Hi is there a way to tell the bot stop hitting the mob if the stack count of Sweeping Wind goes under 2 and walk arround to refill the stack befor repeat the attack

Nope only keep the recast sweeping wind ticked on and hope for your toon to take a quick run for a sec or two to get it up again.
