the flash build pretty much uses explosive blast pretty much when it's off cooldown, I think the bot should be doing that atm already if you set up to use primary only once every seconds. Have not yet tested the bot with in-geom cubed if he still can handle to cast explosive blast multiple times per second in addition to all other stuff. Have to test that soon.
It should cast explosive blast once off cooldown. If it's not, please post you build and state what did it cast instead of explosive blast.
I've tested it, it doesn't work.

I think what he meant was the explosive blast only casts when the bot finds a target. What he wants is like the one on the monk where the explosive blast casts even while walking.
