Hello,

When i set my monk to spam mantra he barely uses Inner Sanc.

I would like my support monk act with those priorities to :
1- have the higher uptime possible on Inner Sanctuary
2- pull nearby mobs for packing
3- spam mantra
4- regenerate spirit

yes inner sanctuary should have no down time

Please titan can we get a spam blinding flash on cooldown for monk aswell?

would be so nice for group play it doesnt use it at all now
