Bot Exploit

I've downloaded the latest version (from here: http://www.botexploit.com/latest), and selected English as my default language. However, under my gem upgrade preferences as well as adding a stash rule, I only get options in Chinese. Any idea why this is happening and how I can rectify it?

Sorry for the mistake. We've uploaded the correct version 0.9.463c, please update it and everything will be fine.
