Normally you can get your licence(s) confirmation email in 5mins, upon receiving that email, you can directly login at our bot and start your diablo instances without enter any key.

Does the valid key get sent to the paypal email or registered email?

The licence confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address on botexploit.com.
