Question log bug
when I log on to the games with the software and the software selects the closed character sets and I have an error message I download the latest version and re-install the game and it always makes the same error message

It should not crash.
Do you have any other third party software installed on top of the game? for example team chat, HUD, game mods, etc. Usually this would be the reason for the crash. Please uninstall those software.
