bounties in other acts

I have address this in general but figured id make a request here also.

the acts would provide both the bounties needed to get mat items along w/ the certain act caches ( to get the certain items in each act... ie ring in a1, boots n gloves a2,3, etc)

that would be amazing if this could be done!

Ill throw in a poll of what act to be done first so others can get benefit from this also, personally my vote is a1 first b/c the ring of royal grandeaur is pimp and would get the mats i want
