Optimize & FPS

Information Optimize & FPS
All my game clients have set to 15fps(normal+background), each time when i use bot optimize i think is going to10fps because when i cacel optimize sometime to see how is going on, he game is freezing because doesn't have enough fps and gold goes down from 1,5m/h to ~700k, any suggestion pls?
