Necro Needs fix

So i have tried every skill, and passive combo and to no avail the necro still stutter walks in a small circle i reset the setting, turned off al the looting, speed and even tested a few of the different profiles, this needs to get fixed

What level is your character and what skills do you use?

he is lvl 40, i tryed pure Close combat ranged summons, still nothing, also tried all the differnt setting for looting and combat then reset everything to default.

this i what i am using now, sice i cant get the bot to work with the necro. build shouldnt matter tho just like all the other classes pretty much you can use every build.
